For those that are new to working in Thailand it can be particularly hard to read between the lines not only because of language barriers, but also because of culture differences. This leads to misunderstandings, conflicts, breakdowns in communications and lower productivity to say the least.

This course provides a humorous yet professional overview of how to increase communications and appropriate behavior within Thai workplace. It outlines the importance of considering that our views and beliefs are not necessarily the views and beliefs of our Thai and other colleagues. It also provides participants with some proactive tools to breakdown cross cultural barriers that most of us are not even aware of.
